SVN Geeves Hospitality is seeking a talented and driven Group Executive Chef to lead the culinary direction of our growing portfolio, including two vibrant pizzerias and three artisanal sandwich shops/bakeries across Sydney.

This is a unique opportunity for a chef with strong leadership and creativity to shape and elevate our food offering, maintain operational excellence, and drive kitchen performance across multiple sites.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead menu development and seasonal specials in line with each venue’s identity

Oversee food cost control, supplier management, and kitchen budgets

Ensure consistency and quality across all venues

Train and mentor head chefs and kitchen teams

Recruitment of kitchen staff

Implementing kitchen systems and procedures across all venues

Collaborate with management on food trends, innovation, and customer feedback

About You:

3–5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a multi-site or high-volume environment

Proven track record in cost control, team leadership, and quality assurance

Passionate about creating memorable food experiences

Strong organisational and communication skills
