Kollab Recruitment is proud to partner with one of Australia’s leading contract hospitality service providers. We’re currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef Manager to oversee operations at a well-established Aged Care facility in Tamworth, NSW.

This is a full-time role, perfect for a culinary professional looking for work-life balance and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Leading and managing the daily kitchen operations
• Designing and implementing aged care-specific, nutritionally balanced menus
• Supervising and rostering a team of kitchen staff
• Ensuring compliance with QA, WH&S, HACCP, and Food Safety regulations
• Managing budgets and cost controls
• Liaising professionally with clients and residents
• Delivering high-quality, well-presented meals in line with aged care food standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a similar role
• Commercial cookery or hospitality qualifications preferred
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Understanding of Aged Care accreditation standards and food service guidelines
• Exceptional communication and client engagement abilities
• High level of computer literacy (for menu planning, rostering, etc.)
• Must have own reliable transport
• Must be double COVID-19 vaccinated
