DUTIES

• Conducting advanced building compliance audits and assessments across diverse sectors in Perth and nationwide
• Providing expert building surveying advice and consultancy services to clients
• Delivering comprehensive reviews and high-quality technical reports
• Issuing statutory certifications for commercial projects, including fire safety audits
• Collaborating with and supporting our national team of auditors and building surveyors

ABOUT YOU

• Proven experience with Class 2 to 9 buildings, including a diverse range of types and scales
• 2 years of hands-on experience in building surveying across various projects
• Solid understanding of building construction principles and maintenance practices
• Strong knowledge of the Building Code of Australia (BCA), relevant regulations, and applicable Australian Standards
• Excellent communication skills—verbal, written, and active listening
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and within a team environment
• Degree in Building Surveying (or currently completing studies towards one)
