We are a fast-growing building development group with in-house design, construction, and fabrication teams. We’re seeking a Building Surveyor to support certification and compliance across residential and commercial projects in WA.

Key Responsibilities

Assess building plans and documents for compliance with the National Construction Code (NCC), WA Building Regulations, and relevant Australian Standards

Coordinate building permit applications and ensure approvals are obtained in a timely manner

Liaise with internal designers, engineers, and external certifiers where required

Provide technical advice on building regulations to internal teams and subcontractors

Inspect construction work to ensure compliance with certified documentation

Support the delivery of compliant, high-quality construction outcomes across project stages

Requirements

Degree or Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying

Registered Building Surveyor (Level 1 or 2) with the WA Building Services Board

Minimum 2 years’ experience in residential and/or commercial building certification

Strong knowledge of WA building legislation and the NCC

Excellent attention to detail and communication skills
