Qualifications & Experience

Qualified chef with experience in wet dishes or pastries

Experience with low & slow BBQ smoked meats

A genuine interest in learning more about butchery and meat preparation

Tasks & Responsibilities

Cook and create our value-added heat-and-serve meals and pastry parcel range

Help develop new retail-ready food products

Provide retail customer service, including recipe suggestions and meal ideas

Assist with butchery labouring duties: trimming, cryovacing, smallgoods slicing, product presentation

Learn fresh meat preparation: trimming, slicing, and meat display skills
