What You'll Need:

MR licence required (HR highly regarded)

Current Driver's Licence

Construction White Card

Traffic Management accreditation (or willing to obtain)

Fit to work: able to pass drug/alcohol screening and physical assessment

Experience in civil works, construction, or maintenance roles

A proactive, safety-first mindset and willingness to work outdoors

What You'll Be Doing:

Upkeep and repairs of streets, parks, footpaths, and shared spaces

Litter and waste management, including street sweeping

Light construction and general grounds maintenance

Equipment handling and machinery operation

Working alongside other teams, contractors, and stakeholders

Representing the organisation with professionalism in the community
