We're partnering with a well-established civil construction business with a strong presence across South-East Queensland, known for delivering high-quality infrastructure and earthworks projects across the region. With a growing project pipeline, they're now looking to bring on an experienced WHS Officer to lead their safety systems and certifications from the ground up.

The Role:

Based out of their Noosa office, you'll travel to project sites located between Hervey Bay and Caloundra. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who's confident working autonomously and ready to take ownership of building out WHS processes, policies, and ISO systems (including ISO 45001 and other relevant certifications).

What You'll Be Doing:

• Develop and implement WHS management systems across the business
• Set up and maintain ISO certifications and safety accreditations
• Conduct site inspections and ensure legislative compliance
• Support a proactive safety culture across multiple project teams
• Provide coaching, reporting, and continuous improvement strategies

About You:

• Proven WHS experience in civil construction
• Strong understanding of ISO systems and certification processes
• Confident working independently and travelling to regional sites
• WHS qualifications and a current driver's licence
