We’re currently seeking a driven and self-motivated Business Development Manager to join a market-leading fuel logistics provider. With a strong national footprint, this company is expanding its Melbourne presence and is looking for a proven BDM to drive growth across key industries including civil construction, earthmoving, infrastructure, and data centre operations.

This is a hands-on, field-based sales role, ideal for someone who thrives on building relationships, identifying opportunities, and developing long-term partnerships with businesses that rely on bulk fuel and on-site refuelling solutions to keep operations running smoothly.

The Role

Drive new business development across Victoria with a focus on the Melbourne metro and regional project zones

Identify and target civil construction firms, earthmoving operators, data centres, infrastructure contractors, and related industries

Promote tailored on-site fuel delivery solutions, storage systems, and refuelling capabilities

Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure and ongoing account development

Collaborate with internal logistics, compliance, and operations teams to ensure service excellence

Attend site meetings, industry events and work closely with estimators, project managers, and procurement decision-makers

Experience

Proven track record in B2B field sales – ideally within Bulk Fuel, Fuel Storage, Industrial Services, Construction logistics, or Equipment Hire

Strong network across civil, mining, or infrastructure sectors highly regarded

Confident communicator with the ability to operate independently and strategically

Solid commercial acumen and ability to sell technical service offerings

Current driver's licence and willingness to travel across the Melbourne territory

On Offer

Negotiable base salary starting at $90k - $120k

Super at 11.5%
