THE ROLE –
My client is seeking an experienced property manager or property officer who is ready to step up and manage their own portfolio.

• Portfolio up to 140 managements, mostly made up of modern high end units
• Property Tree experience ideal but not required
• All landlord and tenant communications
• Rental arrears & repairs & maintenance
• All inspections – routines, In-goings & Outgoings
• Open homes, marketing & tenant and landlord communications
• Monday – Saturday with a day in lieu

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE –

• MUST HAVE current Real Estate Certificate of Registration or Licence & Drivers licence
• MUST be MANDARIN or CANTONESE Speaking
• MUST HAVE property management experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Solid understanding of real estate legislation
• Strong organisational abilities with a high attention to detail, strong initiative
• A customer -focused approach, genuine desire to exceed expectations
• Enthusiastic, punctual and reliable
• Property Tree experience ideal but not required
