With a fast growing team, they have opened up an opportunity for a 3rd Assistant Property Manager…!

Duties:

Working in a young, dynamic team where there are experienced Seniors to support you, and on-the-job training, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting Open home inspections
• Arrange and carry out ingoing condition reports & outgoing inspections
• Manage general and administration duties
• Depending on your level of experience, additional duties can be allocated

Specific requirements:

• A current Certificate of Registration or License
• Solid work ethic and be a team-player
• Previous experience in Real Estate is an advantage
• A car and drivers license
