Our Mission
We support people to build capacity and reach meaningful outcomes through collaborative, therapeutic care. We deliver this through the provision of Allied Health, Youth Residential, Support Coordination, Lifestyle Support and Out of Home Care services across Southeast Queensland.
Your Role
As our Corporate Services Officer, you’ll be at the heart of our operations, managing administrative tasks across asset and property management, procurement, and compliance. You’ll work closely with our Corporate Services Manager to ensure our services run smoothly and meet all legislative and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support and maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Manage property leases, maintenance requests, and asset tracking.
- Oversee procurement processes, including supplier sourcing and contract negotiation.
- Support compliance efforts and assist with internal audits.
- Build strong relationships with staff, clients, contractors, and vendors.
- Map and improve internal processes for greater efficiency.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualifications in Business Administration or relevant experience.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and ability to learn new systems.
- Strong customer service focus and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Current Blue Card, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Queensland Driver’s License.
