About the Role

As the Client Service Manager, you will work closely with Directors and Advisers to manage all aspects of client administration and service delivery. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a high-touch environment and enjoys mentoring others, improving systems, and ensuring a premium client experience.

What You'll Be Doing

Manage end-to-end client onboarding, reviews, and implementation of advice

Act as the key point of contact for high-value clients and their advisers

Coordinate workflows between advisers, paraplanners, and support staff

Maintain and improve CRM records, processes, and compliance standards

Liaise with product providers, platforms, and insurance companies

Contribute to business process improvements and training junior staff

About You

3+ years’ experience in financial planning client services or operations

Strong understanding of advice implementation, platforms, and industry compliance

Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills

Confident using CRM systems (e.g., Xplan, AdviserLogic or similar)

Ability to work independently, manage deadlines, and drive outcomes

Passion for delivering exceptional client service in a boutique environment
