DescriptionDye & Durham Australia are looking for a Team Member to join our Mortgage Services team based onsite in our Hobart office. If you have excellent attention to detail, is precise and consistent in your work and can work autonomously and as a team, then this role is for you!

WHAT WILL YOU DO?

  • This is not your typical office job where you are tied to a desk for the day. You’ll be on your feet at times as you move around town, contributing to the magical world of property settlements.
  • You’ll be assisting with the preparation of documents and cheques, record keeping, filing, answering phones, monitoring inboxes and finding things to laugh at with your new supportive team!
  • As you progress in the role, you’ll develop skills in statutory interpretation and submitting documents to our regulatory bodies, the Land Titles Office, and the State Revenue Office.

WHAT DO YOU NEED TO BE CONSIDERED?We know you will have a wide range of skills and experience, but we think the most important to thrive in this role would be;

  • Minimum availability of 3 full days per week
  • Ability to positively relate to and interact with people
  • A passion for customer service and problem solving
  • You don’t have to know anything about the property settlement life cycle to get started – just have a great attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Administrative work experience is highly desirable, but not a must
