If you have a passion for the outdoors, a fantastic opportunity exists for a highly motivated, energetic and talented Sales Representative to join the ARB Team at its Flagship Store in Hobart

Be part of a friendly customer focused team!

You will draw on your excellent customer service and sales skills to develop retail and trade sales and demonstrate your ability to build trusting customer relations.

General responsibilities include;

Perform in a front line sales role to uphold the company's reputation and performance as the market leader in aftermarket accessories.

Drive sales initiatives and an outstanding level of customer service.

Driving sales enquiries over the counter, over the phone and electronically from retail and trade customers.

Prepare sales orders, quotes and sales proposals.

Continuously liaising with the Workshop Manager to ensure that all work involving fitting is completed on-time, in-full and to ARB’s rigorously high standards.

Working at special events such as 4X4 Shows and Open Days.

A very strong customer service ethic.

The ability to work as a member of a team.

Great follow up and follow through skills and attention to detail.

Strong sales and negotiation skills.

Retail display flair and creativity.

High energy and enthusiasm.

The drive and ambition to grow and develop within the business.

Previous sales experience will be an advantage.

Strong communication skills.

Professional and articulate phone manner.

Intermediate computer skills.

Whilst previous automotive industry experience is not essential, a passion and understanding of 4WD's and a recreational lifestyle is desirable.

This is a full time position and a salary package will be discussed based on your demonstrated sales experience. This position will report to the Manager and will incorporate a rotating Saturday roster.
