Responsibilities:

Deliver comprehensive administrative support, including data entry, document management, and meticulous record-keeping, in a dynamic environment.

Act as the front-line manager for all incoming calls and correspondence, ensuring the professional and efficient use of the Service M8 job management platform for client bookings.

Effectively manage technician schedules and adeptly address scheduling conflicts as they arise.

Spearhead the initiation, planning, and execution of business projects within defined budgets and tight timelines.

Proactively drive business development initiatives, identify new opportunities, and foster strategic client relationships to contribute significantly to the overall success and expansion of the company.

Facilitate stock ordering for plumbing and gas projects.

Skilfully coordinate meetings, appointments, and executive calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling.

Assume a pivotal role in organising company events, meetings, and conferences.

Oversee stock inventory reconciliation and management with precision.

Manage social media platforms to bolster our online presence and engagement, actively contributing to marketing efforts to promote our services and uphold our brand presence.

Assist in managing employees' training and development programs.

Maintain oversight of licensing and compliance requirements.

Uphold a commitment to high standards and prioritise accuracy in all tasks.

Qualifications:

Senior Secondary Certificate of Education, Cert IV or equivalent; diploma or further education in business administration/operations is advantageous.

Demonstrated experience in administrative or office support roles in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

Capacity to adjust to varying circumstances or adaptability.

Exceptional organisational acumen and a keen eye for detail, with superb verbal and written communication skills.

Adeptness at multitasking and an ability to adapt to shifting priorities.

Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.

Demonstrated capability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
