About the Role
Tutors SA is seeking a friendly and approachable Reception & Admin Support Officer to join our team in this key afternoon/evening role working from 4pm – 9pm Monday to Thursday in our Education Centre at Campbelltown, SA. You'll be the first point of contact for our students and families, and a behind-the-scenes hero helping to keep our tutoring centre running smoothly.
This is the perfect role for someone who loves variety, is highly organised, and takes genuine pride in supporting students and teams to succeed. You’ll be employed by Donash Australia Pty Ltd and work primarily within our Tutors SA brand, with some administrative support provided across our broader education group.
You'll be responsible for:
Welcoming students, parents, and visitors and managing phone, email, and online enquiries
Coordinating tutor communication and scheduling, including relief coverage
Following up on unpaid invoices, enrolment changes, and client communications
Preparing and organising lesson materials, digital records, and printing
Keeping reception and classrooms clean, tidy, and well-stocked
Monitoring and actioning daily task lists and end-of-day reporting
Assisting with internal events and information sessions
About You
You're confident, courteous, and calm under pressure
You have excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
You’re tech-savvy and quick to learn new systems (Spark, Slack, ClickUp, Google Drive)
You enjoy working independently but love being part of a team
You’re dependable, professional, and passionate about doing a great job
You value education, connection, and making a difference in people’s lives
Bonus Points:
Experience in a tutoring, education, or client-facing admin role
Exposure to student scheduling or communications platforms
