Senior Sales Executive – Furniture Showroom
Location: Penrith | Part-time or Full time (Must work weekends).

Bay Gallery Furniture is on the lookout for a confident, experienced Senior Sales Executive to join our team in Penrith. If you’ve got a passion for interiors, love helping customers find the right piece, and know how to close a sale without the hard sell – we’d love to hear from you.

We’re a boutique furniture brand known for beautiful, coastal-inspired pieces that make a house feel like home. Our showroom is relaxed, welcoming, and full of natural textures and timeless design. We work closely with customers to help them furnish their homes in a way that reflects their style and lifestyle.

The role

This is a key role in our showroom team. You'll be the go-to for customers needing guidance, inspiration, or just a second opinion. From greeting walk-ins to managing ongoing client relationships, you’ll be confident handling high-value sales and enjoy creating a great in-store experience.

What we’re looking for

Strong background in sales – ideally in furniture, interiors, or homewares (2 years min)

A natural communicator with a warm, approachable style

Someone with an eye for styling and attention to detail

Availability on weekends (this is a requirement for most weekends)

Coordinating with team members on point of sale, inventory and delivery requirements for enquiries and purchases.

Keeping showroom clean and in excellent presentation condition. Along with keeping product information points and price correct.

Use of point of sale system, eftpos, google docs and various inhouse it systems.

Advantageous if can also undertake some shifts at our Castle Hill store.
