About the role

AIS Enviro Pty Ltd is seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team in Smeaton Grange, NSW. This part-time role offers flexibility and the opportunity to contribute to the ongoing growth of a dynamic and reputable environmental services provider with potential to transition into a full-time position based on performance and business needs.

What you'll be doing

Acquiring new customers and building strong, lasting relationships

Managing and growing a portfolio of existing clients

Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across NSW

Conducting client meetings, service demonstrations, and tailored presentations

Negotiating and closing deals to meet and exceed sales targets

Delivering outstanding customer service and post-sales support

Collaborating with internal teams to align on strategy and share insights

What we're looking for

Proven experience in a Sales Representative or Sales Consultant role, preferably within the construction, industrial services, or environmental services sectors

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills

A results-driven mindset with a strong record of achieving sales targets

Knowledge or interest in services such as non-destructive digging (NDD), hydro excavation, jetting, CCTV inspections, pipe rehabilitation, and liquid waste removal

Ability to work autonomously and contribute to a supportive team environment

Flexibility to manage part-time hours effectively
