This is a significant Technical Product Manager opportunity in the Water Industry working with the Electromagnetic - Flow Meters & Digital Solutions product portfolio and reporting to the Head of Innovation and Technology.

Role Outcomes:
Drive the performance of Waterworks product portfolio; manage, market, support sales with technical advice and high level solutions expertise.
Oversee the management and lifecycle of the pressure management valves, air valves, meters, and digital control devices portfolio.
Identify issues and opportunity for product development, diagnose, troubleshoot and take ownership through managing budgets, strategy and cross functional operational and supply chain relationships.
Solve problems and provide instrumentation, controls and digital products advice on major projects in Commercial Building, HVAC and Municipal Water markets.

Embody quality assurance and be addicted to adding more value than the competition.
Work with your local and international teams to define a strategy for ENI / Digital excellence and execute.
Proactively seek out the training needed on the companies solutions, processes and products to be in a position of leadership and have the ability to develop others.
Installation and commissioning support of projects and working with sales, leadership and manufacturing to manage waterworks solutions through to completion.
Regularly visit customers, projects, and key stakeholders to gather insights and identify opportunities for product and solution enhancements.
Regular travel across Australia and New Zealand to visit customers, support the sales team, and oversee project implementation. Global travel for conferences and training also necessary.
Developing pricing strategies, market intelligence, product roadmaps, user manuals and online how to videos.
Identify product issues with the QA team (hardware, software and firmware) and strive to constantly improve inline with overall company excellence capabilities statement.
Offer high level of technical expertise in Water, Fluid Dynamics, Electromagnetic and Mechanical flow applications. High level of electrical and mechanical engineering expertise with Flow Control applications.
The Person:
5 + Years as a Mechanical or Electrical Product or Unit Manager with a sound understating of Metering & Instrumentation.
Experience in providing solutions the water industry, and excellent communication and leadership skills.
Command of industry regulations and language needed to present at C level.
A positive attitude and the self awareness of how your energy affects your team.
5+ years with Valves, Metering, Instrumentation, Pumps, Fluid Dynamics or similar.
Ability to translate drawings, specification documents and provide calculations for flow rates.
ERP Experience.
A sound understanding of Manufacturing and best O.E.M processes.
The ability to work 360 with full autonomy with no micromanagement.
Excellent communication, planning, forecasting, mapping and framework development skills.
Have the intelligence to plan your weeks and months to achieve company outcomes.

Renumeration:
$130,000 - $145,000 - The package is open as this role will be based on the persons abilities, skills and ambitions.
