At Renaissance Retirement Living, we’re committed to creating a vibrant community for retirees. We're seeking an experienced and empathetic Village Administrator to join our passionate team. This position is a part-time job share, the detailed roster is outlined below.

About the Role:

This is a key role within our community, ensuring the smooth and professional day-to-day operation of the village. You’ll be the friendly first point of contact for residents and visitors, while also managing the administrative and operational functions that keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary contact for residents, families, staff, contractors, and visitors

Coordinate front office administration including phone/email enquiries, resident records, and mail handling

Support financial and operational administration including petty cash, invoicing, and reporting

Manage meeting schedules, compliance documentation, and contractor coordination

Maintain a welcoming, safe, and well-organised office environment

Assist with community events, resident communications, and social initiatives

About You:

Warm, approachable, and highly organised

Proven administrative experience, preferably in aged care, health, or community services

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable learning new systems

Able to work independently with initiative and a service-focused mindset

A genuine care for older people and commitment to enhancing community life

Flexible and Balanced Roster:

This position offers a stable and lifestyle-friendly fortnightly roster, designed to support both team coverage and personal wellbeing. The schedule follows a predictable 14-day cycle:

3 days on, 2 days off, 2 days on, 3 days off, 2 days on, 2 days off

You’ll work 7 days across a 14-day period, ensuring:

Even time on/off – equal days worked and days rested

Regular extended breaks (2–3 consecutive days off)

A pattern that supports work-life balance while maintaining continuity in customer service

Predictability for planning personal time, family life, or study

This roster rotates across weekdays and weekends. It’s well-suited for team members who value routine, rest, and a role that fits into their broader lifestyle.
