About the role

Permanent full time opportunity to lead the delivery of main operating, hybrid angiography suite and Lithotripter medical imaging services within The Prince Charles Hospital, utilising specialist managerial and clinical knowledge.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

• Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary team to provide a safe and efficient medical imaging service.
• Assist in the development of strategic and operational plans, ensuring continuous service improvement that is in line with departmental and hospital goals and service KPI's.
• Manage the workforce inclusive of professional development, conflict resolution, occupational safety, and performance appraisal.
