The Opportunity
Toll People are currently recruiting permanent Team Leaders to join our client's operations in Heathwood. These roles are ideal for experienced leaders who thrive in a fast-paced warehouse environment and are ready to step up and drive performance across operational teams.

Shift Options:

• Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday
• Start times: 6:00am or 7:30am
• Shift duration: 10.5 hours
• Monthly Rostered Day Off (RDO) included

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with management, suppliers, and customers regarding warehousing operations.
• Detail and coordinate activities of Team Members across shifts.
• Maintain inventory control registers and prepare/reconcile regular reports on stock movements and dispatch.
• Take direct responsibility for a defined operational area.

Skills & Experience

• Proven ability to supervise, guide, and support warehouse teams.
• Strong working knowledge of warehousing and stores functions.
• Effective communicator with a professional and respectful approach.
• Confident in upholding and demonstrating workplace rules and procedures.
• Ability to deliver on-the-job training and facilitate smooth team inductions.
• LF forklift licence is required; LO licence is preferred.
