About the role

Grind Roast Masters' is seeking a Casual Barista/Front of House Customer Service to join our team in Unley, SA. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and crafting delicious coffee beverages in a fast-paced café environment. This is a casual position with flexible hours to suit your lifestyle.

What you'll be doing

Preparing and serving high-quality espresso-based coffee drinks and other beverages

Selling coffee beans from all around the world and helping customers choose the best bean for their use at home

Providing friendly and attentive customer service to all patrons

Maintaining a clean and organised work environment, including restocking and light cleaning duties

Assisting with cash handling and point-of-sale operations

Contributing to a positive team culture and working collaboratively with colleagues

What we're looking for

Previous experience as a barista or in a customer-facing role within the retail or hospitality industry

Excellent customer service skills and a friendly, outgoing personality

Working knowledge of coffee brewing equipment and techniques

Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Enthusiasm for the hospitality industry and a commitment to delivering exceptional service
