About the Builder
We’re a boutique residential builder delivering architecturally designed homes with uncompromising attention to detail. Our current pipeline includes several multi-million dollar new builds and renovations across Gold Coast, backed by a loyal network of trades and high-end clientele.

The Role
We’re looking for a skilled and motivated Carpenter to join our growing team. You’ll play a key role on-site, working closely with the Site Manager to ensure top-quality finishes, keep trades accountable, and drive daily site progress across multiple premium builds.

What You’ll Do

• Hands-on carpentry across all stages – framing to fine finish
• Support delivery across 2–3 active high-end projects
• Read and interpret architectural plans and custom detailing
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors and apprentices
• Maintain site cleanliness, safety, and build quality
• Act as the go-to person when the Site Manager is off-site

What You’ll Need

• Cert III in Carpentry + minimum 5 years on high-end builds
• Strong finishing skills and ability to interpret detail drawings
• Proven leadership of small teams or as a leading hand
• White Card, own tools, and reliable transport
• Ability to liaise professionally with clients, architects & trades
