The Opportunity

We’re on the lookout for a highly capable, experienced Carpenter to join the team. This isn’t an entry-level role — we want someone confident on the tools, who understands the standards expected on high-quality builds and can be trusted to get the job done right.

The role starts as full-time casual, with strong potential for permanent employment within the first 6 months for the right person. There are also clear pathways to grow into Leading Hand and Supervisory (Foreman/ Site Manager etc) roles over time.

To begin with you’ll mainly be working on architecturally designed homes in Brisbane’s most desirable suburbs (Hamilton - Bulimba etc) close to the CBD , with opportunities to be involved in our multi-storey projects as your career progresses.

$50+++ per hour (negotiated based on experience)

Travel allowance + super

What We’re Looking For

White Card – essential

Minimum 3 years’ post-apprenticeship carpentry experience (Australia or NZ)

Confident on the tools and able to produce high-quality work independently

Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident only

Solid work ethic, positive attitude, and reliability are a must

You’ll Be Doing

Framing, cladding, fixouts – hands-on carpentry on quality residential builds

Coordinating footings and slabs – with the potential to lead small teams

Working closely with a supportive, experienced crew that takes pride in what they build
