Our Client, is a residential builder specisling in 50k - 2 million renovations and new builds around the 20km radius of Brisbane CBD.

With a strong pipeline of work they are in need of a skilled carpenter to join their team.

About the Role: Residential Carpenter

As a High-End Residential Carpenter, you'll be at the forefront of crafting exceptional living spaces. From new builds that embody innovation to renovations that celebrate tradition, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping homes that reflect the unique aspirations of our clients. Duties would require yocarry out all aspects of carpentry aspects of the construction project. Set out carpentry project and direct apprentices and other qualified carpenters If you consider yourself an excellent Carpenter and you are looking for a challenge this is the place for you!

Successful candidate will have 3 years post qualification experience.

Duties of the Role:

• Meticulous Woodworking: Create, assemble, and install high-quality wooden structures, furnishings, and features with exceptional attention to detail.
• Set out: Have a good understanding of plans and construction process from start to finish
• New Build: Collaborate with clients, architects, and designers to translate blueprints into tangible masterpieces, ensuring precision in every cut and joint.
• Renovation: Transform existing spaces through expert remodelling, seamlessly integrating modern aesthetics with classic design elements.
• Finishing Excellence: Apply expert-level finishing techniques, ensuring surfaces are flawlessly smooth, polished, and ready to enchant.
• Customisation: Craft bespoke carpentry solutions tailored to each client's preferences, lifestyle, and functional requirements.
• Team Collaboration: Lead a team of skilled carpenters and apprentices and professionals to execute projects on time and to the highest standards.
• Tool Proficiency: Utilize an array of tools and equipment with finesse, showcasing your technical prowess in every task.
• Communication: Maintain open lines of communication with the Site Manager to ensure project objectives are met and expectations exceeded.
