You’ll Need:
Proven experience in residential renovations (character homes a bonus)
Ability to confidently interpret and execute construction plans
A team-first mindset and pride in quality workmanship across all phases of construction
2. Site Supervisor – Starting June 2025 (flexible start available)
Take the lead on-site and drive the successful delivery of high-end renovations as our next Site Supervisor.
This is a hands-on role, with a minimum 75% of your time spent on the tools. You’ll lead by example, combining skilled carpentry with effective team coordination and project oversight.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate all on-site activities, trades, and subcontractors
Interpret architectural and engineering plans with precision
Maintain site safety and quality standards to the highest level
Manage schedules, materials, and daily operations in collaboration with the Construction Manager
Use tools like Monday.com and Deputy to track tasks, timesheets, and project milestones
Communicate regularly with the CM/Director and keep accurate documentation of all site operations
Provide on-the-tools leadership, setting the standard for workmanship and productivity
Ideal Candidate:
10+ years of renovation experience (character homes preferred)
Proven leadership skills and ability to manage teams while working on the tools
Tech-savvy with confidence in using project management software
Problem-solver with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset
High attention to detail and pride in delivering quality carpentry
