About the role

Blinds Plus Awnings & Shutters' is seeking a motivated and skilled Junior all rounder to join our team in Shailer Park, Queensland. This full-time position is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to gain hands-on experience in the trades and services industry.

What you'll be doing

Assisting with the installation and maintenance of a variety of blinds, awnings, and shutters

Providing exceptional customer service to our clients

Ensuring the smooth operation of the workshop and delivery of products

Participating in team meetings and contributing to the continuous improvement of our processes

Undertaking general administrative and sales tasks as required

What we're looking for

Demonstrated interest and aptitude in the trades and services industry

Strong customer service skills and the ability to work effectively in a team

Basic knowledge of tools and equipment used in the installation and maintenance of blinds, awnings, and shutters

Good communication and problem-solving skills

A positive, proactive, and flexible attitude
