About the role:
· Provide general administration support within the office – incl. but not limited to mail, office groceries, filing, scanning, stock monitoring, telephone enquiries, conference room coordination, monitoring/ordering merchandise stock, assembling/distributing member service awards, assembling/distributing new member packs, etc.
Dealing with union members over the telephone, in person, and providing general assistance/follow up to enquiries
Accurate and prompt data entry into Filemaker database and the taking of details of information and passing on appropriately
Working as part of a team to ensure service levels along with deadlines are efficiently met
Travel bookings as required
About you:
Have a minimum of 2+ years’ experience in reception/office administration role with knowledge in front desk reception, administration, customer service duties, general office coordination, who is looking for a busy and varied environment
Have intermediate to advanced IT skills and competent in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
Have a great eye for detail, and have a high level of accuracy in your work
Be a great team player who can work autonomously on occasions as well
Have a great initiative to get tasks done and ability to complete duties/tasks in a timely efficient manner
Benefits:
Monday to Friday 8.30am – 3.30pm
