With huge demand and serious growth in our Townsville operations, we’re on the lookout for a reliable, hard-working Picker / Warehouse All-Rounder to help keep the wheels turning. If you’ve got hustle and a can-do attitude, we’ve got a role for you.

What You'll Be Doing:

Pick and pack the freshest produce like a pro (pick list in hand, of course)

Pack every box like it’s a gift—accurate, fresh, and full of care

Help unload deliveries (bonus points if you love the smell of fresh produce!)

Keep stock flowing with smooth rotations—first in, first out!

Keep our warehouse, cool rooms, and delivery vehicles tidy and in tip-top shape

Lift, carry, and hustle—up to 20kg, so bring those muscles!

Enjoy working in a clean, cool, and calm space (literally—it’s temperature-controlled)

No experience? No worries! We’ll show you the ropes with full training

What We’re Looking For:

A team player who’s just as comfy flying solo when it’s time to get things done

Rock-solid reliable, shows up on time, and stays cool when things get busy

Full of energy and ready to roll—this job keeps you moving, not snoozing

Has a sharp eye—nothing gets past you when it comes to quality and detail

Practical and down-to-earth—you get the job done without overthinking it

Got a forklift licence? Awesome. If not, no biggie—we’ll help you get one within 4 weeks of starting

What You Need to Know:

Full-time role (40 hours a week) at $31.50/hour — solid work, solid rewards

Rise and shine! Work 4am–12:30pm and enjoy the rest of your day

Enjoy a consistent Monday to Friday schedule—your weekends are all yours !
