Senior Property Manager | Up to $100k + no weekends

What You’ll Be Doing

• Provide mentorship to property managers across the business, sharing knowledge and supporting a positive culture
• Manage a large, well-run portfolio with full leasing and administrative support
• Handle escalated issues, complex matters, and team performance management
• Guide staff on VCAT, arrears, renewals, and compliance matters
• Foster strong client relationships and maintain the agency’s premium reputation
• Ensure CRM accuracy and regulatory compliance across the portfolio

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 3+ years’ experience in residential property management, ideally with leadership experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and team leadership skills
• Solutions-focused, calm under pressure, and highly organised
• Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Confident using property management platforms and digital tools
