• Manage a well-maintained portfolio with full leasing and admin support
• Deliver exceptional service to landlords and tenants alike
• Conduct routine inspections, rent reviews, and maintenance coordination
• Liaise with clients and contractors to ensure timely outcomes
• Handle renewals, arrears, and VCAT preparation with confidence
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with property owners
• Uphold the agency’s premium reputation through professionalism and care
• Maintain CRM records and compliance standards

What They Are Looking For:

• Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in residential property management
• Excellent communication, organisation, and time management skills
• Calm under pressure with a problem-solving mindset
• Current Certificate of Registration (Real Estate)
• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
• Tech-savvy and confident using property management software
