Hunter & Scout Cafe in Graceville is seeking an experienced FULL TIME front of house supervisor to join our team. Amazing and convenient location opposite the Graceville train station with plenty of free parking. Offering breakfast and lunch daily and a mix of a la carte dining, high end functions and off site catering this position offers great variety and amazing career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth, efficient service from opening until closing (7 am – 3 pm, with the kitchen closing at 2:00 pm).

• Lead, train, and motivate both front-of-house and back-of-house teams.

• Assist with minimal ordering

• Uphold health, safety, and hygiene standards in compliance with all regulations.

• Deliver exceptional customer service, promptly addressing and resolving any guest concerns.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in restaurant or hospitality management, preferably in a café or casual dining environment.

• Good leadership, communication, and organizational skills.

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, customer-oriented setting.

• Sound knowledge of health and safety standards within the hospitality industry.

• Must be available to work weekends
