A standout opportunity for an experienced Senior Supervisor or Area Manager to step into a true leadership role with a respected volume builder delivering homes across SEQ.

Reporting to the Construction Manager, you’ll act as the key link between site and office - driving cohesion, accountability, and build success across multiple locations. Based from the Coombabah office, you'll oversee construction activity across the Burpengary, Kingscliff, and Ipswich triangle areas.

The Role:
• Lead and support 5 Site Supervisors
• Oversee construction across Burpengary, Kingscliff & Ipswich
• Ensure quality, compliance, and deadlines are met
• Resolve on-site challenges and escalate issues when needed
• Strengthen collaboration across construction and internal teams

You’ll Bring:
• Solid site supervision experience in volume residential builds
• Proven leadership and mentoring capability
• Strong knowledge of WHS, compliance, and building codes
• A proactive, solutions-driven mindset
