An amazing venue for a well renowned Brisbane Hospitality Group is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor to join the team. The Supervisor will assist the Restaurant Manager in running the venue, upholding the reputation that it has matching the expectations of their clientele.

The Role

As a Supervisor, you will represent the business in the absence of senior management and support them in the day-to-day operations of the venue. You will lead the team by example, ensuring smooth and efficient service while upholding the company's high standards in customer experience, food quality, and team development. Your professionalism and strong customer service skills will inspire those around you, helping to deliver memorable dining experiences for every guest.

Skills and Experience
The successful candidate will possess, but not be limited to, the following attributes:

• Relevant Qualifications in Hospitality (RSA / RMLV) & exposure/knowledge of Italian cuisine
• Experience in Modern Dining, Cocktails, Wine, and Beer, use and manage P.O.S & Booking systems
• Proven experience in supervising high-volume indoor/outdoor venues
• Dynamic, energetic, and hands-on leadership style while being warm and inviting
• Strong communication skills and ability to work and train teams to succeed
• Ability to supervise staff and ensure a positive working environment and culture
