Your Role:
We’re hiring an experienced B2B Business Development Representative (BDR) with a proven track record of outbound success. You’ll be responsible for identifying, reaching, and qualifying decision-makers across our priority sectors and then handing them over to our senior cybersecurity closers for high-stakes discovery.
This is not SaaS, and it’s not plug-and-play software. You’re selling risk mitigation, compliance certainty, and elite human expertise, which means your tone, message, and delivery must be tight, confident, and intelligent.
Essential Requirements (Non-Negotiable):
Minimum 2 years’ proven B2B outbound sales experience
You must have sold services or solutions into at least one of the following sectors:
Financial Services & Fintech
Legal / Law Firms
Education / Training Providers
Technology & SaaS Providers
Medical / Aged Care Organisations
We are not looking for candidates who have merely sold SaaS into SaaS.
You must have targeted and sold to the decision-makers within these industries and know how they buy.
What You’ll Do:
Own outbound sales campaigns across LinkedIn, cold calls, and email full-cycle outreach until discovery is booked
Craft intelligent, relevant messaging to C-levels and compliance managers across regulated sectors
Build and manage your pipeline in Salesforce, with clear ownership and conversion tracking
Partner with senior cybersecurity sales consultants to refine targeting and improve messaging
Meet and exceed KPIs related to meetings booked, accounts engaged, and quality of discovery opportunities
What You’ll Need:
Relentless commercial discipline! you’re consistent, methodical, and know your numbers
Confidence and polish on the phone; you know how to get past gatekeepers and command attention
Strong writing ability; LinkedIn DMs and outbound emails must feel personal, sharp, and authoritative
Ability to speak credibly about risk, compliance, and consulting value
CRM hygiene and reporting discipline, no missed notes
