🧾 About the Role

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the administrative tasks that ensure a smooth client experience. Your primary responsibilities will include:

Managing the implementation of new business and client review processes.

Communicating with clients via phone and email.

Greeting clients who attend the office for meetings.

Coordinating with investment, superannuation, and insurance providers.

Maintaining accurate client records and compliance documentation.

✅ About You

We’re looking for someone who is:

Experienced in client service and administration (financial services experience is highly regarded but we’re happy to train the right candidate who’s a personality fit).

A confident communicator with a warm, genuine, and professional manner.

Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks.

Comfortable using Microsoft Office and XPLAN for client task management.

Able to work independently and as part of a close-knit team.

This position is particularly well-suited to someone with school-aged children, offering flexibility and work-life balance. Or anyone looking for long-term work on a part-time basis.
