Part-Time Paraplanner

Livingstone Wealth Management is seeking an experienced Part-Time Paraplanner to join our team. This is a great opportunity for a finance professional looking to work in a part-time capacity within a boutique wealth management firm. You will work from home for 100% of your role and will not be required to come to the office.

Key responsibilities

  • Conduct research, analysis and preparation of financial plans and recommendations for clients
  • Assist financial advisors in the preparation of client-facing documents such as statements of advice
  • Gather and organise client financial information and documents
  • Perform calculations and modelling to support the financial planning process
  • Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards
  • Provide high-quality customer service to clients

What we're looking for

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paraplanner or similar role in the financial services industry
  • 20 hours per week with the opportunity to grow to full-time or transition to an advisory role.
  • Excellent research, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
  • Proficient in the use of financial planning software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of financial products, services and regulations in the Australian market
  • Tertiary qualification in finance, accounting or a related field
  • Relevant industry certifications (e.g. CFP, DFP) highly desirable
