What You’ll Do

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind project success, responsible for:

Leadership & Team Performance: Guiding project teams and in-house install teams to optimize flow, efficiency, and performance.

Client Relationship Management: Acting as the main point of contact, ensuring client satisfaction through clear communication and timely delivery.

On-Site Oversight: Managing daily operations, maintaining high safety standards, and ensuring quality across all projects.

Budget & Performance Management: Collaborating with the Contracts Administrator to monitor budgets, track progress, and improve profitability.

Problem Solving: Addressing challenges proactively and implementing effective solutions to keep projects on track.

Safety Compliance: Upholding stringent safety protocols to minimize incidents and maintain a secure work environment.

Proven experience in construction project management.

Expertise in scheduling, procurement, and on-site coordination.

Familiarity with construction ERP systems (e.g., Premier Construction Software).
