About the role
Flavour Makers' is seeking a dynamic and driven People, Culture & Wellbeing Coordinator to join our team in our Braeside, Victoria office. This full-time role will be pivotal in supporting our people practices and fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
What you'll be doing
Coordinate and implement people-focused initiatives, including employee engagement, wellbeing, and professional development programs
Assist with the administration of HR processes such as onboarding, performance management, and employee relations
Provide a high level of customer service and support to our employees, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and empathetic manner
Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and systems
Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and action opportunities for improving our employee experience
Maintain accurate employee records and generate HR reports as required
What we're looking for
1-3 years' experience in a generalist HR or people & culture role, ideally within a fast-paced commercial environment
Experience & proficiency in UKG Ready HRIS
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at all levels
Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritise effectively
Proficiency in HR administration and a solid understanding of employment legislation and best practices
Proactive, solution-focused mindset and a passion for enhancing the employee experience
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline would be highly regarded
