North Shore ENT is an established specialist practice aiming to provide the best services to adult and paediatric patients in Ear, Nose and Throat Surgery. The clinic is situated in the heart of Chatswood NSW, with a modern fit-out featuring the latest ENT equipment.

An exciting opportunity has become available for a full-time Practice Manager who will be working alongside three esteemed ENT surgeons and managing two to three medical secretaries.

The clinic is within walking distance of the Chatswood Train Station, bus stops and the Chatswood Chase and Chatswood Westfield.

Your day-to-day duties will include but are not limited to:

• Everyday management of a paperless clinic
• Overseeing of Reception and assisting when required
• Processing Eclipse and Medicare claims and liaising with health funds and Medicare
• Accounts payable and receivable
• Rostering of full-time, part-time and casual staff members
• Staff Payroll
• Assisting with the typing of medical reports
• Opening and closing of the clinic when required
• Surgery quoting, booking, and assisting the surgeon’s PA with the management of theatre lists
• Post-operative calls
• Stock ordering and management
• Setting up and managing Locum doctors
• Management of the doctors’ booking templates
• Implementing policies and procedures
• Ensuring the clinic runs smoothly and efficiently
• Some IT assistance

• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• A friendly and professional manner
• The ability to multi-task and work cooperatively as a team
• Be punctual
• Excellent computer skills
• Experience with Genie preferred
