Salt Meats Cheese Cronulla is on the lookout for an experienced and passionate Bar Manager to join our vibrant and welcoming team. We are seeking an experienced bar manager to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the smooth daily running of bar service across all shifts

Set and maintain high service standards to deliver an exceptional guest experience

Train new and existing team members on products, techniques, and service standards

Conduct regular team briefings and provide performance feedback

Motivate and lead the team to meet service and sales goals

Manage ordering, receiving, storage, and stock rotation

Control COGS and minimise waste

Ensure operations meet all NSW liquor licensing laws and RSA requirements

Complete compliance checklists and incident reporting

Collaborate with the Venue Manager and Head Office on cocktail menus and promotions

Lead staff training on new drinks and recipes

Monitor bar revenue, upselling, and promotions

Support weekly sales and labour cost targets

Resolve guest complaints professionally and promptly

Build rapport with regulars and enhance the guest experience

Oversee cleaning, equipment care, and ensure the bar is always presented to the highest standard

About You

Minimum 1 year experience in a similar bar leadership role

Confident, well-presented, and highly motivated

A natural team player with great communication skills

Passionate about drinks, service, and exceeding guest expectations

High attention to detail and strong organisational skills

Current NSW RSA
