About the Company
Our client is not your typical IT support business. They are the go-to tech partner for Melbourne’s small business community. The team prides themselves on not hiding behind tickets or scripts. They show up, solve problems, and build lasting relationships with real people.
About the Role
They are growing fast and need another Level 1 or Level 2 IT Support legend to join their crew. You will talk to people, not systems. One day you may be solving networking issues on-site, the next you may be helping a clients recover lost files.
Providing Level 1 or Level 2 tech support both remotely and on-site
Supporting clients with Microsoft 365, Windows OS, networking issues, and general IT troubleshooting
Advising small business owners on tech upgrades, security, and best practices
Escalating complex issues to senior technicians (when needed)
Documenting tasks in our internal systems and maintaining client records
Being a friendly face and helpful hand to clients who rely on you to keep their businesses running
Essentials
2+ years of experience in a similar Level 1 or Level 2 support role
Qualification in IT, Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Windows OS, and networking basics
Valid Victorian Driver’s Licence to visiting clients across Melbourne
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability and a cool head under pressure
Bonus Points If You:
Have worked with small businesses before and understand their needs
Are familiar with remote access tools and ticketing systems
Are the type of person who Googles, tests, and learns before escalating
Hold or are working towards relevant certifications (ITIL, CompTIA A+, Microsoft certifications)
