Salary: $102,340 to $117,650 per annum
Plus, up to 14.5% superannuation (conditions apply)

This is a fantastic opportunity to lead and promote continuous improvement at the City of Joondalup, with a focus on analysing and identifying opportunities to improve business processes, practices and procedures.
This role is supported by a passionate and professional team and works collaboratively with the City’s Business Units to develop and implement strategic and high-quality organisational development outcomes.
Please ensure your brief covering letter (no more than 2 pages) addresses your skills, knowledge, and experience in relation to the following:
Analysis and identification of opportunities to improve processes, practices, and procedures.
Coordinating the development, implementation and documentation of organisational processes.
Implementing and reporting on business improvement projects.
Working with stakeholders to establish positive working relationships and lead teams.
Please be aware that appointment is subject to provision of a satisfactory National Police Certificate that is no more than three months old.
