We require an in house field service and contracts co ordinator for our service division. This division services all types of garage doors, swing and slide gates, roller shutters and sectional garage doors for domestic, strata plan, industrial and commercial sites

The co ordinator will be responsible for booking calls and arranging our service technicians to attend in an effective schedule time frame that is suitable to our clients and also our service technicians productivity.

The person will require a mechanical aptitude and background in our industry - perhaps a retired trades person

The position is usually always under time pressure from our clients so a calm and productive telephone manner and ordered and methodical work process is required

An ability to provide a very professional and courteous manner with our clients under all circumstances is essential

English must be fluent and your prime communicating language
