About the Role:
We’re looking for a full-time team member to join our Sample Department, the part of our business that sends out fabric samples to customers. These are the first step in many people’s decorating journey, so this role plays a big part in making a great first impression.

You’ll be responsible for:

Cutting fabric samples for curtains and blinds

Labeling and organising samples

Picking and packing customer orders

Keeping the space tidy and running smoothly

Helping with occasional stock counts or reorders

This is hands-on, process-driven work that requires attention to detail and good rhythm. You’ll be working in a calm, air-conditioned and heated space with a small friendly team.

Who You Are:

You're reliable, on time, and take pride in your work

You’ve got good attention to detail

You’re neat, efficient, and enjoy organising things

You’re proactive and like to stay busy

Experience in pick-packing, warehousing, textiles, or a similar hands-on role is a bonus (but not essential — we’ll train you)

What We Offer:

Full-time work (Monday to Friday)

$50,000–$60,000 salary + super + sick leave + holiday leave

Work Environment:
This role is based in our brand-new Seaford warehouse. It’s quiet, well-lit, and temperature controlled. No heavy lifting or harsh conditions. You’ll be working independently at times, but also as part of a small, kind team that looks out for each other.
