Your Role as an Educational Leader:

As Acorn’s Educational Leader, you will:

· Lead curriculum excellence across all rooms, mentoring educators in planning, documentation, and reflective practice

· Collaborate with our leadership team to embed high-quality learning programs guided by EYLF and NQS

· Champion innovative teaching approaches that support every child’s learning journey

· Support and inspire teams to exceed quality standards through coaching, guidance, and professional learning

· Build authentic partnerships with families, children, and community stakeholders

· Drive a culture of inquiry, curiosity, and continuous improvement

· Work in conjunction with Acorn College to deliver high-quality educators and training.

This role is ideal for someone ready to step into a centre-wide leadership position and, with creativity, confidence, and compassion, shape the future of early education and care.

What You Need to Bring:

· A warm, collaborative approach to leadership

· Passion for mentoring, developing teams, and raising the bar in early education and care

· Diploma (or higher) in Early Childhood Education – ACECQA approved

· Current Paid Blue Card

· First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certifications

· Deep knowledge of EYLF, NQS, and evidence-based pedagogy

· FUN- Bring an open mind, positive attitude and playful nature.
