The Opportunity
Are you searching for a company that truly values the role of the Educational Leader? Are you passionate about early years education, driven by curiosity and creativity, and committed to supporting holistic child development?
At Sesame Lane, we honour and empower our Educational Leaders. You’ll join a high-quality early education group where your leadership is not just respected—it’s celebrated. And as your career grows, so will our support for you.
We’re excited to offer an opening at one of our exceeding-rated services: Sesame Lane Kippa Ring Regency St. This is a highly sought-after role, and an opportunity to be part of a thriving, innovative early learning community.
The Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and inspiring Early Childhood Educator to take on the Educational Leader.
This is a dedicated leadership role—not tied to a single room—allowing you the time and flexibility to:
Collaborate with educators on programming,
Spend time on the floor mentoring and modelling best practice,
Focus on your own leadership documentation and goals, and
Continue developing your mentoring and pedagogical leadership skills.
You’ll work alongside a supportive leadership team including the Service Managers, an Educational Mentor, Inclusion Support Coordinator, and Area Manager. Together, you'll create rich, meaningful learning environments and drive continuous quality improvement across the service.
This role is ideal for someone who sees themselves as a leader, mentor, and lifelong learner.
Our Approach
Sesame Lane Kippa Ring Regency St is proud to be the first centre in Queensland accredited in the Curiosity Approach. This groundbreaking philosophy has transformed our environments into places of awe and wonder for both children and educators.
Our focus is on sparking curiosity, fostering creativity, and nurturing the holistic development of every child. As Educational Leader, you are at the heart of this mission—guiding the team through meaningful pedagogical shifts and championing quality practice.
Be who you are. Love what you do.
At Sesame Lane, we live by one team, one dream: to make a positive difference in people’s lives—and have a lot of fun along the way!
We believe if you’re good at what you do, you can work anywhere. But if you’re the best at what you do—you belong here.
When you join our team, you become part of something bigger. You’ll be inspired, challenged, supported, and most of all—you’ll grow.
