Lead and support educators in their practice to deliver high quality and meaningful learning experiences.

Mentor educators by providing regular feedback, coaching, and professional development opportunities, supporting a culture of continuous learning and reflection.

Collaborate with your team to plan, implement, and evaluate educational programs and their alignment with the Early Years Learning Framework, National Quality Standards, and C@BT best practice approaches to curriculum and learning.

Maintain currency with current trends and research in early childhood education and support all educators within the Centre to do the same.

Work closely with the Centre Director to identify goals, embed best practices, and prepare for assessment and rating.

Lead by example - model intentional teaching and respectful relationships with children and families.

Promote a Community of Practice in formal and informal settings and with all team members.

About You

We are looking for a dedicated, creative and supportive Educational Leader. To be successful in this role, you will have:

• A diploma or higher qualification in Early Years Education

• Strong knowledge and understanding of the EYLF, NQF, and National Regulations.

• Proven experience in an educational leader role highly regarded

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
