🔹 About the Opportunity

In this role, you'll be the trusted financial partner for a variety of clients. You'll handle their books with care and accuracy, while building strong working relationships.

Your day-to-day will include:

Managing accounts payable, receivable, payroll, and bank reconciliations

Processing superannuation payments and ensuring compliance with SuperStream standards

Preparing BAS, IAS, and compliance reports

Using MYOB to maintain up-to-date and accurate financial records

Assist with general office duties and ad-hoc tasks as required

🔹 What You'll Bring

A minimum of 3 years of bookkeeping experience

Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or equivalent qualification

Advanced MYOB skills — you're confident using it across all key functions

Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, and financial modelling)

Strong communication skills — you enjoy working directly with clients

A proactive, problem-solving attitude

High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple client accounts
